- Build an integrated platform for operating an electric-vehicle charging network, including communication with charging stations over OCPP.
- Develop a backend that supports the mobile app and administrator panel, collects charging and station data, and handles billing and related platform workflows.
- Create an operations and CMS/admin panel to manage stations, monitor charging activity, and work with billing data.
- Deliver a Flutter mobile app for customers to use the charging service, with releases for both iOS and Android.
Where the project landed
The system entered active beta testing and was delivered to the client, who took over operation and further work.
